Coronavirus General Information
Central Health is following the direction of federal, state, and local authorities for the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We have posted information regarding testing, clinical access for CommUnityCare patients as well as anyone who needs to visit a Central Health office, and MAP Eligibility.

CommUnityCare Health Centers, our affiliated FQHC, is tracking several key data points, including testing positivity rates and geographical statistics.

The Texas Public Information Act gives the public the right to request access to government information.
Information on Open Government is available at the Texas Attorney General’s Web site, including how to file a request, what to expect, and how to follow-up.
